Homewood Suites Nashville Airport

I personally want to thank you for a outstanding service when we came into Nashville and stop another hotel with our reservation information and they could not find the confirmation on their system, unable to speak ENGLISH and they didnt like my daughter and son in law service dog and we have her papers with us. They told to contract our website with we on holding for over 20 minutes and decide to not stay at that hotel.

I felt welcomed at check in. Front desk staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable also. Breakfast was good too with a lot of choices.

Close to Nashville center. Comfy beds. Adequate space. Breakfast bar. Good value for the money.

The staff was very friendly! They were very helpful.

Eerything was excellent with one exception in that the lady who check us in on a Saturday. I told her I had a reservation and she told me that does not mean anything. I told her that I reserved our stay online and she still preceded to tell me that does not mean anything. She then looked me up and checked me in. I would highly recommend the lady be retrained in customer service. Otherwise, all staff was extremely nice, professional and courteous. This was the only issue I experienced during our stay.
